Safety in our Restaurants
In addition to the strict Hygiene and Health and Safety Standards we have always adhered to, we are also adding the following measures to ensure the safety of our staff and guests in light of the Covid-19 outbreak.
Mandatory daily staff Covid briefings and hand washing every thirty minutes.
Full and thorough training of all employees on essential hygiene, physical distancing and appropriate risks associated with operating in a Covid-safe workplace.
Conducting a health assessment including a temperature check for all employees prior to every service and isolating any staff member showing symptoms.
The restaurant will operate at limited capacity to accommodate for safe physical distancing for both staff and guests, including limiting the number of staff attending to the table through the duration of the meal.
Deep cleaning the restaurant after service every evening.
There will be strict time limits on all tables to ensure a full clean down of tables between each sitting. We kindly ask that all guests respect the time limits and vacate the tables when asked to.
We kindly ask that our guests sanitise their hands when entering the premises using the facilities provided and that they follow the in and out markers to safely enter and exit the restaurant.
We also ask that our guests use contactless payment whenever possible.
