Delivery

Orders are packed with care and ready to ship next working day (orders by 2pm).

Delivery options

Orders must be placed by 2pm on a working day to meet the timelines above.

All orders are sent using trusted couriers and wrapped in recyclable materials. Every parcel leaves us with gratitude for your support and care for the living systems that make it possible.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.

Returns 

We hope what you receive brings you joy, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll always make it right.

You can return most items within 21 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Please email webstore@farmacylondon.com with your order number and a short note before posting anything back. We’ll confirm the return address and any details. Please note, customers are responsible for return postage.

A few exceptions: For food, wellness, and skincare items, we can’t accept returns once opened, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless we made a mistake — in which case we’ll cover the cost and apologise with thanks for your patience.

Refunds are issued within 7 working days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or not as you expected, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a photo and brief description. We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund straight away.
