Sprouting and Soaking

Activating nuts and seeds by soaking them creates a much more potent source of vitamins and nutrients. When raw nuts and seeds come into contact with water they come alive and shoots begin to grow.


Sprouts are 10-30 times more nutritious than vegetables and during the first few days of sprouting these little shoots are at their most nutritionally dense stage, bursting with enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
