Farmacy x Roots & Rolls Supper Club
We are beyond excited to announce a week-long East Asian-Inspired takeover in partnership with Barcelona’s acclaimed vegan sushi restaurant, Roots & Rolls and Clearspring, suppliers of Japanese and organic fine foods.
We’ll be kicking off the collaboration with an intimate Supper Club on Tuesday 27th June from 6pm in The Alchemy Room. Guests will journey through the Far East, with a multi-course dinner using only the best seasonal produce from our biodynamic farm in Kent and featuring authentic Japanese-specialty organic ingredients from Clearspring.
With a welcome Apple & Yuzu Martini set to ignite the senses, dish highlights will include Farmacy’s Signature Kimchi, Roots & Rolls Shiitake Mushroom Gyozas, as well as a selection of Nigiri and Sushi Rolls, with the experience ending on a sweet note with Farmacy’s Matcha Mille Crêpe.
