Our farm is DEMETER certified
We are proud to announce that our Farm in Kent is fully DEMETER certified 🌱
Demeter is the largest certification organisation for biodynamic agriculture and is difficult to gain.
Demeter’s “biodynamic” certification requires:
- biodiversity and ecosystem preservation
- soil husbandry
- prohibition of genetically engineered organisms
- viewing the farm as a living “holistic organism”
This in turn guarantees high quality food products which we deliver weekly to our restaurant in our electric van.
